Najiyyah, who holds degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University and New Brunswick Theological Seminary, is a Marketing Associate at Imagine, a Center for Coping with Loss. Exploring the worlds of churches, nonprofits, and businesses, Najiyyah sprinkles her branding magic everywhere she goes. Excellence is her brand and practice. When she is not engaged in creating masterpieces, she enjoys a fulfilling life with her high school sweetheart, Allen Bailey, and embraces the joys of motherhood with her delightful children, Jacob and Tameekah.​
